3. Property Listings

You must own the property or have permission to advertise it.
Property information must be accurate and truthful.
Photos must belong to you or be used with permission.
Duplicate or misleading listings may be removed.
Illegal or fraudulent property listings are prohibited.

4. Payments

Payments made for publishing, boosting, featuring, advertising or other premium services are subject to the pricing displayed on the platform. Unless required by law, payments are generally non-refundable once a service has been activated.

5. Verified Sellers

Verification confirms that a seller has completed Logon Properties' verification process. Verification does not constitute a guarantee regarding ownership, property condition, or the outcome of any transaction.

6. Buyer Responsibility

Inspect properties before making payments.
Verify ownership documents independently.
Meet sellers in safe locations.
Exercise due diligence before completing any transaction.

7. Prohibited Activities

Fraud or scams.
Publishing false information.
Impersonating another person or company.
Uploading illegal or offensive content.
Attempting to disrupt or misuse the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Logon Properties Uganda provides an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to property transactions and are not responsible for disputes, losses, damages, or agreements made between users.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
